My name is Rob Gregory and I am passionate about fitness. I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. I began working as a personal trainer in 1999 and as a Medical Massage Therapist in 2004. Currently, I am also completing my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at National University of Health Sciences.
I believe that there are two main elements to a healthy life, Stress and Recovery. I also believe that being healthy requires hard work and commitment.
But as any of my clients will tell you:
Intensity without Intelligence is just plain Ignorant.
